I ordered my truck with the electronic locking differential, however, as a result I did not get the VDC (vehicle dynamic control)? I am missing the VDC off button. Are these 2 incompatible? My truck does have electronic brake force distribution and brake assist (is that similar to VDC?)

Because of the nature of how the VDC works, it cant be used in the same vehicle as diff lock. Its just one of those trade-offs.

Thanks, I called Nissan corporate and they did'nt know - apparently they are looking into it.

Thats a typical reponse that basically means "I dont know what your talking about and the answer isnt on the sheet yet"

just like any other company, We cant afford to put compitant designers answering phones. It sucks, but its life, that why I am here to help where I can, because I know how frustrating it is

REGARDING VDC & ELD TRADE OFF.....SO THE VEHICLE WILL HAVE A TENDENCY TO PLOW THROUGH TURNS AND NOT CORRECT ITSLELF.....
