About a month ago, while at the lake, I ran down my battery while listening to the stereo. I replaced the battery, but started having trouble out of the front passenger side window. It would intermittently work or not work. NOW, it has gone out completely...stuck in the down position of course.
My question is...Can I just replace the motor, or are there other parts to consider such as regulators or amps, etc. I'm not terribly mechanically inclined but feel replacing a window motor shouldn't be too hard. I just don't want to replace it to find out it was more than or not that at all to begin with. The local dealership wants $95.00 just to diagnose and tell me what part it is. I can't afford that and the part itself, so I think I'll try to do this myself.
Any suggestions on where to buy parts online? Any other words of advice before tackling the door panel removal and motor replacement?

Thanks a TON for any help you can provide. I appreciate it.
