I got a nail in the tire that had probably been there for a while.  I was leaving the house and punched-it full throttle to get into fast traffic and the tire stress must have pushed that nail free.

As soon as I got into traffic, my dash board starts: ding-ding-ding-ding and I look down and see the tire icon lit up.

I pulled over and as soon as I got out, I heard the tire hissing away...it hadn't even lost that much pressure and the sensor picked it up....COOL!

By the time I got back in my driveway (1 mile away) the tire was already 1/2 flat.  Oddly, I didn't notice that the truck handled any differetly.  I'm glad I got that warning or I would have been driving on a flat tire, possibly ruining it..
