I have a 2004 Nissan Titan. Last weekend I took out the seats of the titan to put floor coverings. When I finished and took a drive the SRS light came on. I know that other import cars does the same thing (when seats taken out the SRS will turn on). Any way to reset the light without taking it to the dealer?

hi i has a simular problem with my srs light i asume that is the air bag light i thought it was something with the computer so i took it to the dealership. thye told me that a wire was disconected from underneath my passenger side chair. i never actually took out my seat but i installed and amp underneath my passenger seat and apparently i accidently disconected disconected this wire ... i never actualy looked for the wire but thats what the dealer told me the problem was ... by the way thye still had to reet the light after reconecting the wire .. hope this is of some help to you
