My rear center seatbelt locked up, would not release. Third trip to dealer. They keep it for 28 days waiting on parts. Just got it back and drivers window fell out of track again.
Then I just recieved my recall notice on the rear Right & Left seatbelts. Called dealer and told them while they had it they should gohead and fix this.
At first they played dumb about recall, only after giving recall # did service man say he knew what I was talking about. Truck has been in the shop 1 wk so far this time.
Had truck since Jan. so far it has been in shop a total of 60 days. Not very happy bout this....

Sorry to hear about the untimely service. Are they giving you a rental? I never get one...all I am offered is a one way trip home. How do I get back to pick up my truck?

28 days? is that all in a row, or what it adds up to? either way, that's ridiculous. sorry to hear this.

The first time was 15 days in a row. Then 28 days in a row, now I am working on day 6.
The rear center seatbelt locing up must be a problem because there was 3 other trucks in there for this same prob.
For those that are going to be out of your trucks over night and want a rental I would say call around to the dealers in your area, I have had 2 others tell me they would not give me a rental. The dealer I am working with does put me in one as soon as I show up. Thier quality of work is not the greatest though.
My closest one is 30 miles away.

This is a safety problem. They must fix this immediatly when reported. They know that it is a problem because there was 3 other Titans in the shop for the same thing. They have to put you in a rental for this. They told me I could stay in my truck if I signed a waiver stating that Nissan would not be held responsible if I was in a wreck and the passenger in that seat was hurt.
Guess what, I was in a rental 28 days waiting for them to fix it. Seems it was back ordered (high demand)
