My Titan has 5500 miles on it now and I am having some of the same problems. Anybody got any suggestions or advice for me before my trip to the dealer on 10-9-04. Overall I still love my truck, but this is my list of little bugs. Brake rotors are REALLY WARPED. Squeaky noise from instrument panel area. Rattle from passenger side door somewhere. Passenger window sticks at times. Antifreeze smell.

Just browse around these forums and you'll find input from others.

I have some of the same problems, like the antifreeze smell. See my posting here for further details.

The dealer said they checked my cooling system and found nothing (of course they said that about my windows too, till I showed them how to "short" them out).

Well, I took it in on Saturday and they replaced the rotors and pads. So far so good, but I will follow-up in the next few thousand miles. The guy at the dealership did tell me that mine was about the 15th one they had done the same job on and that the only real fix will probably end up being some aftermarket slotted rotors (not very comforting news coming from the dealer). The dealer also did a test on the cooling system and you guessed it... no leak??? At least it is documented with the dealer if there are any problems down the road. As far as the little rattles and the sticking window, their "Interior Specialist" was off Saturday and I have to make another appointment. Thanks for the input!

I was looking at some posts on www.titantalk.com and found a few users with radiator leak problems. I wonder if that is what we are in store for, since we are smelling antifreeze, but haven't actually seen any coolant yet?

Their radiators had seams leaking and the readiators had to be replaced.
