I've been driving my new crew cab se with power captain drivers chair for 2 weeks now. In the driver's seat, under the cushinong, there is some sort of mechanicial system (or somehting) that protrudes up into my right leg ever so slightly. This didn't bother me at first and I though the seat had to be worn in. However it is now starting to affect me (hitting a nerve or muscle I guess). My right leg starts to numb up when I drive. I sat in the pasenger seat and felt around and this seat fine. So it must have something to do with the 'power' seat. Anyone else have this experience? What should I do?

Man...aside from trying different adjustment settings....not really sure what to say. Hope you find a setting that works better for your leg.

can you feel it with your hand, like press down in a certain area and feel something? you might want to ask the dealer about it. there could be a problem, like a spring or something that is protruding.

I have an LE crewcab and I had a problem with my seat it felt like left side was lower so it felt like I was leaning I took it in and they didn't notice anything so they switched seats with a new titan on the lot and now I feel the same problem you do at times. I don't feel it as bad anymore maybe I'm getting used to it, adjusting the position really helped.

I have both problems:

driver seat leans or droops toward the left

and somethings hard sticking into my right butt cheek... not good with my long drive.
