I recently had both secondary sun visors replaced (under warranty) because the fabric had broken off from the seams. Is there anyone out there having or had similar problems?

I have a problem with the main passenger visor, the plastic cap that goes over the mounting screws falls off when ever it's touch. Dealer has a new assembly on order. All the fabric seems to be in good condition though.

just had the secondary one replaced myself, just like yours it was split in the seam. didnt notice it untill 3 days after i got it.

i had the same problem but only with the drivers side seam being split down the middle also. this was replaced and i have not had the problem again.

I had the same problem with the Passengers secondary visor. I am taking it in tonight to have then replace it.

I seen the same problem with a showroom model in Reno back in Aug 04. I will be closely checking my visors tonight.
