Has anyone had their speedometer stick yet? I was driving on the freeway and when i stopped the speedo was at 40 mph.wtf?

So I drove some more and if I did over 40 it would movelike it was at a stop. So when I was in traffic doing the limit with the cars, it showed that i was doing like 80-100 mph. Woke up the day to check it and all was normal. went to my dealer and no codes were thrown and they repeat the problem.
