does anyone hear a rattling noise in sync with the engine rotations, coming from their engine compartment. When I am in my truck, I can hear it. It almost sounds like a helicopter. When I opened my hood with the engine still on, I can hear it coming the engine block. Almost sounds like the plastic engine cover was making a knocking noise. I held the engine cover down, and the noise still exists.

Anyone else have this noise?

On Titan Talk, another Titan forum, poeple have discovered that in some cases it is a heat shield on the exhaust being loose and causing the rpm specific rattle. Dealer replaced exhaust component and noise gone.

I hear with every touch of the accelerator,sounds like air escaping from somewhere. I took it to the dealer and they didn't hear it. I will have to drive the car with the service guy with me.

Any suggestion, tips?
