I got a quote today from a performance shop for $429 for a remapped ecu. He said he would have to take the ECU out of the car and send it in and then they would remap it and send it back? IS IT WORTH IT????

What do they claim as far as horsepower/torque
improvements? Is it worth it to you to be without your
truck? What if UPS loses it? How much would a new one cost
(God, I shudder to think). What about warranty
considerations? IS IT WORTH IT TO YOU????
