I found a leveling kit on e-bay, seller is TopGun CustomZ, has anyone installed of these kits and if so are you satisfied with the ride, fit and function?

I own a 2004 LE Crew with 4X4, but not off-road package and want to level it out.

You have to check out Prerunnergreg's (PRG) kits!  PRG's kits are the best available for the Titan.  A 2.5" kit like the Top Gun kit you mentioned is not recommended for a 4x4 Titan without making other modifications because it is will make your front end higher than the rear (a 4x4 is 2" to level) and will also allow the upper arm to clunk on the coil bucket which will require you to grind down your coil bucket or get a longer arm.

PRG's kits also come with new larger bumpstops to help control the compression and help prevent you from destroying your front shocks.

Go here for pics of my install: http://www.tscomputerservices.com/titan/PRGkit.html
