Here's some homework results on "plus-sizing" your Titan tires and wheels. A neat website to help with the math is: eunos.com/tirecalc Follow the directions and you can see what plus sizes are close to the original tire diameter. The experts say to stay within 3% of the original diameter.
I've had good luck with Toyo tires, so I looked at their Proxes S/T. I first looked at a 325/50/20. The folks at Les Schwab (a tire store chain in several Western states: lesschwab.com) were willing to mount it up on a 20X8.5 Centerline Stingray III wheel. It rubbed the outside of the fender in front of the tire, and the inside fenderwell behind the tire. This could have been overcome with a little body work, but I didn't want to go there.
I settled on 305/50/20's on the Centerline wheels. The tire has a very aggressive tread pattern (as in DRY PAVEMENT TRACTION) and combined with the Stingray III wheel, it is the look I was after.
