Am considering the following upgrades for a 2005 Titan 4WD - Magnaflow Single out cat-back and AEM Brute force cold air intake. I know I don't want to lose MPGs, increase sound levels or lose low end torque. Am I headed in the right direction? Thanks everybody!!

Yes. I have Magnaflow with Volan CIA. More muscle, less fuel used. That is, if you can keep your foot from pounding the floor.

Well you will get performance increase, which will cause a decrease in MPG, you will get more noise. I don't think you can get what you want with any intake/exhaust combo. It's jsut part of performance mods.
