I've been saying I would do it for a while, finally did it.  Moved the HIDs from the Honda to the Titan....all I can say is WOW!  The lights are even better in the truck than on the car, and the cutoff is phenomenal.  I included before and after pics.

A lot of the head-on pics look like a lot of glare, so I included a pic of more what it is like...you will see it, basically I had the flash off for all the others, but on the one with "zero" glare I just put the flash on and covered it (quicker shutter speed).... One other thing to note....the cars switched position so the car with HID is always on the left when you are facing them or RIGHT when you are taking a pic from behind them.  ENJOY:
BEFORE SECTION:
Titan Halogen before:

Accord HID before:

Side by Side before:

AFTER SECTION:
Titan AFTER HID (notice the same cutoff as the accord, but the ground is MUCH brigher!!!):

Side by Side AFTER:

Side by Side w/o glare:

Titan Front shot....COOL.

You can pickup kits on ebay...but be careful...there are some really crappy ones out there.

Generally speaking you want to go with Hella or Philips ballasts w/ Philips bulbs.  Any HID you buy that will fit our stock housings will be a retrofitted HID bulb.  You need to find kits that have molded bases, and didnt just crazy glue a 9006 base onto a D2S bulb.

I would recommend:

www.hid-online.com

www.xenondepot.com

As far as fogs go: yeah, definitely need to do something.  I was thinking of finding something like a lexus Yellow or even a corvette yellow to go down there, would be a very nice contrast.
