hello- i am obviously new here- i am in the process of purchasing a titan. this will be my second nissan. the vehicle i am currently getting rid of is an 02 toyota d/c 4x4 with the trd package, that comes witha rear locker-which i have used a few times while offroading. i contacted nissan today and they told me that the locker will not be available until june 1st. my question is- do any of you guys miss not having a locker? i do offroad quite a bit in my free time, so i am debating maybe waiting until june to buy one. it has come in handy in the past! thanks. rob

i suspect you'll be able to get aftermarket lockers soon for the same price as the factory e-locker will be....

Hello there. I did not get the off road package becuase I did not like the wheels as much. Mine has the VDC and brake activatedlimited slips. I think this will be plenty good for about anywhere a Titan will go. Without a lift and more aggressive tires a locker is not going to to that much good. With the off road package you are paying for some things like Rancho shocks that would have to come off with a lift kit anyhow. BTW, the stock setup has Tokico shocks, which ride a bit smoother.
