I did my first oil change this weekend at about 4800 miles. I went to Nissan and got an oem oil filter and a new crush ring for the drain plug. My oil of choice is Mobile 1 5W30. Expensive but I have the best truck so why not use the best oil. Everything went well except for the wind blowing the draining oil all over me. I also had my tires rotated and did a visual inspection of the brakes. Everything looks and feels fine to me. Hopefully I won't have any problems. To all of you do-it-yourselfers, I definitely recommend getting the little brass crush ring for the drain plug. It is a good idea and I can see how it can help prevent leaks in the future. Anwyay, just throwing my 10-cents in. Roll on fellow Titans.
