I have a few questions about my nissan bed cover before I go to the
parts counter and start making a fuss. I bought a bed cover 12/04
and the seams fell apart a few months later. I had it taken care
of and now it has happened again! Problem is the dealer gave me
no documentation, but I did make another purchase at the same
time. It was replaced either 05/05 or 07/05(my two
purchases). Do they keep track of that data (he did take my
mileage) and if so, will I have a one year warranty from that point or
the original purchase date?
Next, on the back of the original invoice it states it has a 1 year
12,000 mile warranty unless it could have been installed by the dealer
at the original purchase, then it would extend to the vehicles 3 year
36,000 mile warranty. The bed covers can be installed by the
dealer prior to purchase, correct?
Any help is appreciated!

OK, I got ahead of myself and reread the warranty and it will cover it
if it 'would have covered the part had it been installed in the vehicle
at manufacture , will not end before the end of that warranty.' I
wanted to read dealer instead of manufacture, the bed covers couldn't
come from manufacture could they?
