I just received a limited time offer from ZENRIN to update to version 6.4. I've got the 2004 original and its great. Has anyone upgraded? If so is it worth the $149?

I've updated every year...

This year's has some software update too in addition to the new map dvd. It's worth it. I don't know if they are still offering the $149 price...I feel it's worth it at the normal price.
