"LOS ANGELES (January 24, 2004) – Trailer Boats magazine announced the selection of the all-new Nissan Titan pickup as the “2004 Tow Vehicle of the Year” (March 2004 issue), beating out the redesigned Ford F-150 and Chevy Silverado 1500. The Titan is Nissan's first entry into the full-size truck market and went on sale in early December 2003 at Nissan dealerships nationwide."
