I know what I am going to do, but I am curious to what the general public would do.  Explain your thought process if you would.

Let me clarify.  My wife does'n need a nose job, face lift or anything like that.  I wouldn't want her to mess with that.  She wants the tummy tuck and body sculpturing.  I do not care if she does it or not.  I love her no matter what.  I will support any decision she makes.

Yeah, I more or less feel the same way. I mean if I thought a procedure would really help her self esteem, and she really wanted to do it then I guess I would support that choice. But so many people nowadays want one procedure after another, I think it has become an obsession...boob job, lip job, face lift, tummy tuck, stomache staple...etc  Generally speaking, people need to find a way to be happy with themselves instead of throwing money at the problem. I had a good friend that was a really pretty girl but she had a big ol honker...well she got a nose job and that really helped her feel better about herself and I think that was a good thing, but on the other end of the spectrum you have Michael Jackson. I have another friend that is in her late 40s..shes an attractive woman but last year she wanted a boob job...so now she has these 2 big balloons on her chest, and now she wants a tummy tuck and lipo...shes fighting the natural aging process..and she aint gonna win...lol.

No can do.  She wouldn't be confortable with that.  Trust me on the "twins"  she doesn't need augmentation.

I'd have to say I was saving the cash for the "work" but I then could use it for the Truck as she would have no idea how much was put away. This keeps evryone happy...I think
