While we are getting flooded here in Southern California, one more issue popped up on my Titan to add to my long list of issues...  soaking wet behind the rear seat.  All the stuff I had behind my rear seat is soaking wet today.  Not sure if this had anything to do with the Seat Belt fix they did... or the mysterious flaps between the cab and the bed which flap open everytime I close the doors.

Has anyone else had this issue?

If youre talkin about the rear seatbelt TSB...I had that done on mine and I cant see how that could cause anything to leak. What do you mean by "flap" ?

There was a string about this topic in here - saw it awhile back. Do a search. I think the "soaking" was occurring up front in this particular issue, but it was water on the deck inside.. Jim

Interesting.  Well I'm going into the shop for other issues today, we'll see what they say.

Just for kicks, somone slam their rear crew cab door and look between the cab and the bed..  I see some sort of flap come open.. like an air escape.

I have a flap there too that comes open when you slam the door.

Who the hell knows...

If you find out it's function, please let us know.

Well I've never noticed it, but my guess would be, just for what yall said it does...let air out when you shut the door...The 350Z's windows come down automatically when you shut the door, just for this purpose.

Turns out it is the rear window and they have to replace the whole thing.

Looks like they just came out with a TSB on this one...  check your rear windows for leaks so you don't ruin any cargo you have stored behind your rear seats.
