After having the blisters under the factory sprayedin bedliner, it took three months for Nissan to "fix" the blisters. When I finally got it back it looked great. Thought I was one up. Two months later I got blisters in the same spot agian. Took it back again. They took pictures again and I waited again. Got a call today and the dealer said that Nissan is pulling a new bed from the production line and shipping it to them. They will replace the whole bed. I guess this is what I will have to do but I am a little apprehensive after they messed up my tail gate, left screws loose on the utily track and stripped out other screws on the track system last time they "fixed" the bed. What do yall think?

You should of gotten a Rhino or Linex liner. But I guess those don't come with the truck already.

They're "pulling a new bed from the production line?"

Highly unlikely my friend.

Trolling?

They called today and the new bed is on its way. It should be here tomarrow. The dealer assured me that they could put the new bed on without scratching the rest of the truck. I hope they are right!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Yes, I've seen a few people post on other forums that Nissan did that (replaced whole bed). It's not that difficult mechanically and if they excercise some care it should swap fine.

Since the whole bed is going to be off any they've promised not to scratch it, ask them to put in a new tranny too.

I think you are right... rain, hard water, oxidation...  I've sprayed tire cleaner on it to clean it up but that only works temporarily...  let me know what you find out.
