I was lucky enough to come across a 6mo. 2004 Titan at the dealer, how ever it came with only one Key Fob, I trade in my 02 Xterra SE/SC for the titan and I keep one of the Key fob’s dose any one knows if I can reprogram it to work on the titan?

I don't think YOU can program it, but your dealer can. You should have the dealer include a KeyFob in the trade if you haven't already. That is one of those things like seatbelts that shouldn't be an option!

agreed...get the dealer to give you another fob. that's crazy. and they are just trying to save a buck

I agree with the above. Your fob is only two years older. If it looks the same, it probably is. I have an le. I remember reading in the owner's manual about programing the #2 fob for #2 seat position. If all else fails, call the dealer for a fob prisoner exchange. Them still having your's is easyer to believe than they don't have one.

It came with one fob only, and they say i have to purchase the other one since the Titan was purchased as a used car. and yup i want to save a buck.... 3 weeks befor i purchase the titan i got a new Armada for my wife and those two kinda left the walet thin  , but a happy Nissan owner. (this is my 5th nissan) .

It might be too late to do this now, but if you purchased the Armada at the same dealership, I would have "Strongly Suggested" that they throw in another FOB...is the least they could do if you were spending $50K + with them just a few weeks time.....GL with your new Nissans

never to late. Go in and ask for another fob. Just tell them you heard here, that 2 fobs per truck.
