Sounds like many of you have the lamps installed. Keep the laughter down but did you have to take the whole headlight assembly out to get to the lamps. My arms certainly won't fit. Or do I need to commission some skinny chick?

You can access the headlight from behnd the bumper. You don't have to take apart the front end.

Yes one of the 2, either the high or low beam can be reached from under the hood, the other is fairly easy to reach by removing one screw from under the plastic wheel well and sneaking up from behind...GL

high beam is easy, it can be accessed thru engine compartment.

For low beam, turn wheel in, remove screws holding plastic wheel well and fold wheel well back You will see the bulb in there

Just search "silverstar 9006 ST" on ebay their the low beams.

"silverstar 9005 ST" are the high beams. I got the pair for $23.00

Our local shucks auto sells them for $49.99 for the pair

Hey Puffman,

Do you really think they made a difference ?? Also, do they look "whiteish" or "Blueish" ?

Not blue ..After getting used to the blue tinted ones I got off of Ebay the SS's looked a little yellow...until I compared them to the regular Halogen. The SilverStars are definately white IMHO. If you like that slight bluish tint then I would get something else...if you just want a more natural white light Id recommend the SS's
