I was looking to get a Westin Bull Bar to install and mount up some nice KC or Hella lights. I decided against the Bull bar after I found out it blocked your front license plate, plus the cost was higher than I expected.
I was wondering this though, I saw on the install instructions for the Bull Bar, you remove the front tow hooks and mount the bar there...do they make some type of adapter or mounting bracket that allows you to attach to where the front tow hooks currently are and exend forward so you could mount some lights that way?
Does that make sense? Let me know what you think.

You lost me...Do you mean mount the bar to the tow hooks w/o removing them? If so, I dont think so.

i have (3) hella 500's mounted on my O/R skidplate, but i dunno if this is an option for you since u have a plate there...... you might be able to fit (2) there if if u have the same skidplate, maybe one on each side of your lic. plate??

You are correct in what I meant here. I thought maybe there was some type of extendor you could mount where the tow hooks were. It would extend out in front of the bumber allowing room for the lights.

Do you have a picture of the front of your truck? Something close up so I could see what you are referring to?
Thanks.

Thanks for the pix!
Hmm, should be able to do at least two on the front of mine. I have the skid plate too.
How much were those lights? Where did you tap in for power?

lights were 60 bucks i belive, and i powered them by a relay which is triggered by the high beams, the relay comes with the lights, u can also wire the relay to a switch inside the cab, the lights also come with a switch

Thanks
Did those lights come with all the necessary wiring, or did you have to buy extra items?
