Ok while not technically performance or appearance I figured I'd show off my latest mod.  Its a Hella Triple Tone air horn that I have had sitting around for some time and decided the truck would fit the bill to install it.  Its somewhat higher pitched then I'd hoped but its also loud as heck so I figure that makes up for it
