seeking advice about an item seen on e-bay for a 2.5 inch suspension lift polyurathane front coil spring spacers, they say it will lift and level the truck for a smoother level ride.

the question is this, is it necessary? And does raising the front end change any of the aerodynamics , does it affect pulling a boat etc. ?

Well it's not totaly needed but it will give you a more leveled look to your truck instead of that nose down effect..As far as pulling your boat I really don't think it'll make that much of a difference seeing it's just a spacer and what it does is spaces the coil spring up front from the top hat so in meaning it's not really taking away from it's travel...
