pretty much all I've seen in the way of lowering is a prototype kit that slammed the truck.  I think you might benefit yourself by contacting companies such as belltech and others that specialize in truck lowering to see if they are planning to develop such a kit.

I have always been a truck guy but I enjoy performance handling and driving.  I know that a truck will never handle like a vette, but I want to make it handle even better.  Mr. Crack, preach on!
