Just wanted to know if there are any Power Programmers out that works for the Titan, I've did countless google searching and found nothing but programmers for domestic trucks...let me know if you found something, thanx!

looking along the lines of what kind of programmer im looking for...

RPM "Rev" Limiter

One key to faster vehicle acceleration is to use more of your engines horsepower. Hypertech's advanced Power Programmer lets you electronically adjust you engine's rpm limiter to improve performance and driving fun. In today's vehicles, the onboard computer controls maximum engines rpm. The stock computer is programmed to shut down the engine when it reaches its red line. But if you have modified your vehicle to increase its high-speed performance, more rpm means more power. When you shift gears with the stock rpm limit, the engine falls back to below the peak of its horsepower curve. When you extend the engine's rpm range with the Power Programmer, your engine has more power available after gear changes. By adjusting the maximum rpm to keep the engine in the "sweet spot" of its power curve, you can increase the average horsepower that accelerates the vehicle.

Top-Speed Limiter (A Must)

When you feel the need for speed, Hypertech's advanced Power Programmer lets you electronically adjust your vehicle's top-speed limiter to match the speed rating of factory-approved high-performance tires. The maximum speed rating of factory-approved high-performce tires. The maximum speed of many modern vehicles is governed by the onboard computer. The stock computer is programmed to limit rpm when the vehicle exceeds the speed rating of the original equipment tires. But if you have installed tires with a higher speed rating for off-highway competition in sanctioned events, your vehicle may be able to archive a faster top speed. Atire's maximum safe speed under perfect conditions is marked on it's sidewall. The codes for popular high-performance tires are: T=118mph, U=124mph, H=130mph, V=149mph, Z=149+mph

Read/Clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes & Back-To-Stock Tuning (A must)

The Diagnostic trouble Code (DTC) feature informs of any diagnostic trouble codes in the vehicle's computer and instantly clears the codes at the push of a button. The Power Programmer also downloads and stores the factory stock programming. enabling you to restore the stock tuning or change option settings at any time.

Cooling Fan "On/Off" Temperatures

The power Programmer also allows you to electronically adjust the "on/off" temperatures of your vehicle's electric cooling fans. When used with Hypertech powerStat low-temperature thermostat, this produces a cooler, denser intake charge that allows the engine to make more power. A cooler engine is also less likely to detonate under heavy loads. That means better performance for you and longer life for your engine.

Transmission Adjustments

With the Power Programmer, you can electronically increase automatic transmission line pressure for firmer shifts, reducing clutch slippage and the transmission oil temperatures. That means longer transmission life. Plus, you can also adjust automatic transmission shift points for maximum performance, quicker acceleration, and better 1/4-mile times. You can also adjust the part-throttle shifting to work properly with non-stock tires sizes and/or non-stock rearend gear ratios. The vehicle's computer calculates your vehicle's speed based on the stock tire size and rearend gear ratio. If you've installed taller or shorter tires or changed the rearend gear ratio, the vehicle's computer doesn't know how fast your vehicle is going. It may signal the transmission to upshift too soon, or hold a gear too long. With the Power Programmer, you have the ability to customize the shift points for every gear.

Tire Size/Rear gear Ratio Change (A Must)

If you've installed non-stock tire sizes for more grip on the road, taller tires for more traction on the strip, or a different rear gear ratio, you must reprogram your vehicle's computer for correct speedometer and odometer readings, as well as correct part-throttle shifting. That's because the electronic "brains" in late-model vehicles are programmed to work properly only with the factory-installed tire size and rear gear ratio. At the push of a button, the Power Programmer lets you reprogram your vehicle's computer for non-stock tires sizes and/or rear gear ratios. The vehicle's computer calculates your vehicle's speed, based on the diameter of the stock tires. If you've installed taller or shorter tires, or changed the rear gear ratio, the vehicle's computer doesn't know how fast your vehicle is going. As a result, the automatic transmission may not shift correctly and the speedometer/odometer readings will not be accurate (as required by law). The Power Programmer lets you select different tire sizes and rear gear ratios, then stores that information in your vehicle's computer.

Hummmm...

The system described above does not make sense to me for a pretty stock engine and vehicle. Most stock engines "stop breathing" due to the cam lift, timing and duration and somewhat from exhaust back pressure and intake restrictions. On many stock engines the HP rapidly decreases once a certain rpm is reached... the ability of the engine to flow or breath has gone beyond it's efficiency.

Now if you can get ahold of a dyno chart for your engine and if the HP is still climbing when it hits the rev limiter, then yes, you could probably gain from higher RPM's. I would just be a bit skeptical on a system that seems to place a lot of emphisis on higher RPM's for HP on a presumably stock engine... Higher rev's may or may not gain you HP with your enginge configuration.

Although some of the other features sound interesting, for a Titan truck they seem a bit impractical (like the top speed limiter). The ability to change your shifting points? Heck, the Titan trans is about manual if you want, so this seems a bit moot too.

ME? I'm more interested in a system like the JET  http://www.jetchip.com/  that manages the ignition timing and fuel management curves. Just waiting for someone to do a set-up on a Titan.

This is all of course... just my humble opinion

Techno Square's systems are much more than a Jet chip. The remap the ECU to fit your mods or your requirements...top speed limiter, shift points, increase in redline, richen fuel map for NOS,SC,Turbo. The system replaces the factory ECU witha tuned Nissan unit or you can get a Piggy back setup. This is very similar to what DINAN does to the BMWs.

Is that the system VENDETTA described?... the "Techno Square"?

Yes, it would make sense if you had a lot of mods... but I'm personally not going to be installing NOS anytime soon... however, when they release a turbo kit for this baby...

The Techno Square ECUs are helping alot of VQ powered Nissan get tuned properly for the mods they have. Nissan makes the ECU maps so rigid that the car just retards/advances timing to stay within the map. It really makes modding the VQ a bitch. Techno Square is cool as they offer to reflash your ECU after you buy it to reflect any new mods.

I normally deal with them through G35driver.com & StrictlyZ but I will do what I can.
